2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale/performance of the olympiad participation right, exam service, digital practice exam, or other related services ordered by the Consumer in an electronic environment.
3. Main characteristics of the service
The name of the purchased service, exam/olympiad name, date and time, mode of implementation (online/physical), question/duration information, country/city, application category, conditions for advancing to the next stage (if any), and other main characteristics are displayed on the order summary and the event page.
4. Price and payment
The total price, taxes, and additional fees (if any) are clearly displayed prior to payment. Payment is made by credit card or debit card via the virtual POS (3D Secure) infrastructure of Akbank T.A.Ş. Card information shall not be stored on the Platform servers.
5. Conclusion of the agreement
The Consumer sees and confirms the preliminary information form and this agreement before the payment obligation arises, and the agreement is concluded electronically when the order/payment step is completed. The agreement and order summary are provided, where possible, in a manner accessible via e-mail or the user account as a durable medium.
6. Performance
The service is performed on the date specified on the event page or within the announced access period following the purchase for digital content/practice exams. In case of a cancellation or significant date change originating from the Platform, the user is informed within a reasonable time, and the relevant refund/alternative participation option is applied.
7. Right of withdrawal
The Consumer's right of withdrawal is evaluated within the framework of applicable consumer legislation according to the nature and performance time of the service. Situations where the right of withdrawal does not exist or will terminate due to early commencement of the service are clearly and separately notified to the user prior to payment.
If instant delivery of digital content or commencement of the service within the withdrawal period is requested, explicit request and information/confirmation regarding the right of withdrawal are obtained from the consumer to the extent required by the legislation. This exception does not apply automatically to every product.
8. Cancellation and refund
Refund conditions apply together with the "Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal Policy". If the Platform completely cancels the event, the price paid is refunded in accordance with the payment method used, to the extent that the service is not performed otherwise. Refund conditions in cases where the user voluntarily withdraws, is late for the exam, violates exam rules, or fails to provide technical requirements are explicitly announced in advance on the relevant event page.
9. Force majeure
Postponement of the event or modification of its format may be required in cases of natural disasters, war, official authority decisions, widespread infrastructure outages, epidemics, or events beyond the reasonable control of the parties. The mandatory rights of the Consumer are reserved.
10. Application and dispute
