How do I sign up?

Click "Register" at the top right, enter your first name, last name, e-mail and password, and accept the agreements. Then verify your account with the link sent to your e-mail and complete your profile (grade, school, city).

I did not receive the verification e-mail. What should I do?

First check your spam and promotions folders. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, request a new verification e-mail from the login page. If the problem continues, write to us using the support request form.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Click "Forgot password" on the login page and enter your registered e-mail address. Set a new password using the link you receive. The link is valid for a limited time.

How do I change the site language?

Choose one of the 30 languages from the language selector in the top menu. Notifications and e-mails are sent in the preferred language on your profile, which you can change on your profile page.

Which payment methods can I use?

Olympiad registration fees are paid by credit or debit card through a 3D Secure payment page. Your card details are not stored on our site.

Can I get a refund?

Refund conditions are listed in the distance sales agreement and refund terms on the payment page. To request a refund, open a support request and include the payment date and the olympiad name.

What is the difference between practice exams and the olympiad exam?

Practice exams are exercises you can take at any time; results and analyses appear on your dashboard. The olympiad exam requires registration and payment, takes place at a set date and time, and its results count toward the official ranking.

What happens if my internet connection drops during an exam?

Your answers are saved automatically for each question. When your connection is back, return to the same page and continue where you left off; the exam timer keeps running in the meantime.

How do I apply for an olympiad?

Choose the olympiad you want to join on the Olympiads page, fill in the registration form and pay the fee. Once the payment is confirmed, your registration is complete and you receive a notification.

Where can I get my exam admission card?

After your registration is complete and the exam date is set, your admission card appears on your student dashboard and on the "My admission cards" page in the account menu. You can download and print it.

Mentor

What is a mentor and how do I become one?

A mentor is a teacher or parent who adds students to the system, follows their exam results and can manage their olympiad registrations. To become a mentor, apply on the mentor registration page; your mentor panel opens once your application is approved.
